The most important meal of the day has finally been given its own knife, the Opinel Breakfast & Brunch Knife in Beechwood
Brunch Knife Blade: With its 11,5cm length, it can be used to scrape the bottom of jars (spreads, jams and other sweet or savoury treats). Made from Stainless Steel, with the addition of chromium increases its resistance to corrosion. Stainless steel does not require any special maintenance.
Brunch Knife Handle: Beech is the most commonly used wood for the manufacture of Opinel handles. From France, their beech is hard, durable and easy to work. With a homogeneous appearance, its light color varies from yellow to pink. It is characterized by the presence of numerous small dark dashes.
Care: Hand Wash only, not recommended for dishwasher.
OPINEL have been manufacturing quality knives in France since 1890.
