Shipping & Handling:
We send our online orders via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post, depending on your location and the size of your parcel. Fastway couriers do not deliver to PO Box addresses or remote areas.
Please allow 2-10 working days for your order to arrive, location depending.
We offer free shipping on orders over $180, excluding items deemed bulky.
Shipping rates for orders under $180:
0.00-5.00 kg Flat Rate of $9.95
5.00 -10.00 kg Flat Rate of $15.00
Orders deemed bulky may attract a freight surcharge according to the size, weight, and the delivery destination. Our freight carrier measures parcels by cubic kilo's.
Items over 10 cubic kilo's are what we class as bulky.
To give you a rough idea on bulky rates:
For orders within the state of Victoria there will be no a bulky goods freight surcharge for orders under 25 cubic kilo's. Framed art prints are excluded.
Parcels to non Victorian states from 10-25 cubic kilo's are usually between $20-40.
Parcels from 25-50 cubic kilo's are usually between $40-60.
Flat pack boxed mirrors are usually between $15-60.
Framed art prints, boxed for safe travel, are usually between $60-120.
Victorian orders are on the lower end of the price bracket.
East Coast Metro ares sit in the middle.
East Coast Country areas sit in the middle to high end.
West Coast Metro areas sit in the middle to high end.
Remote Australian areas may be higher.
Upon receiving your order a team member will contact you to advise you of any additional freight fees, before your goods are sent.

It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase from our store. For change of mind we offer exchanges in-store within 14 days of your purchase. This must be accompanied by a receipt for proof of purchase, and the goods must be in a new, unused, unmarked and a saleable condition.
Faulty Goods and Refunds:
If you are not happy with a product you have purchased from our store please bring the goods in with your original receipt for us to make an assessment of your purchase. Once we have assessed your goods we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund if the goods are in-fact deemed faulty, nor fit for purpose. We do not refund for change of mind, or if a product has ended up damaged due to misuse.
Please note, there is no exchange or refund on sale goods.
Online Purchase Exchanges:
Please write to us within 7 days from the day you received the goods to advise us you'd like to do an exchange. Goods will need to arrive back to us within 14 days of their delivery date. You are required to pay for all postage and handling expenses related to your exchange. Return parcels must have tracking.

If your online order arrived to you damaged please contact us immediately and send clear images of the damaged goods and the packaging to email@example.com. Once we have accessed the images we will be in touch to make arrangements accordingly.
Please note, there is no return on pendant lighting or earrings.
