Hand forged for 1803 by the Canberra Cutlery Collective – a group of mates who all share a passion for bladesmithing in southern Canberra – our handsome hand-forged carbon steel blades are set in red deer antler handles and set with a small brass pin.
The 1803 cheese knife is a little beauty and it comes securely bound in a handmade suede knife wrap. Every knife is unique, celebrating the character of our natural antler and the traditional forging process. Tuck in.
Due to the organic nature of natural materials no two knives are the same. You are welcome to come to our store if you'd like to personally select your cheese knife.
