Hand forged for 1803 by the Canberra Cutlery Collective – a group of mates who all share a passion for bladesmithing in southern Canberra – our handsome hand-forged carbon steel blades are set in red deer antler handles and set with a small brass pin.
The 1803 cheese knife is a little beauty and it comes securely bound in a handmade suede knife wrap. Every knife is unique, celebrating the character of our natural antler and the traditional forging process. Tuck in.
