Handcrafted Banksia Wood Utensils.
Our beautiful Banksia Wood utensils have been handcrafted for our store by Doug on his farm in Maclean, in Northern NSW.
Each one has been hand cut, hand carved, soaked and sanded, making them both practical and a pleasure to use in the kitchen.
As each one is hand made, no two are the same, which adds to the natural beauty of these hand crafted pieces.
In the photo we have shown a variety of styles available in this batch. If you are able to visit our store you can choose the one you love. If you are shopping online we will pick one for you. Alternatively, leave us a message in the note box on the cart page if you have a preference to the shape you'd like.
Spoons, spatulas, stirrers. Take your pick.
Some are also carved for the left handed cook.
Dimensions, as a rough guide:
Lengths between 32-38cm
Widths: between 5-8cm
I've been using a few of these for over four years and they have aged beautifully.
Hand wash only, oil the wood from time to time if and when it looks dry.
