Mason Cash Cane Batter Bowl 1.9L

The Mason Cash Cane bowls are an icon of British design, first developed in 1901. The distinct patterned exterior and rim is designed to help bakers grip and tip the bowl.  Made from chip-resistant stoneware, with an ergonomic handle and a pouring spout, it is ideal for mixing batter for pancakes, muffins, biscuits or cake. The textured design on the bowl's exterior makes it easy to grip onto and the weighted base prevents slipping. The wide opening and shallow shape make it easier to mix and let you use small or bigger spoons and whisks.

The traditional cane colour has been a classic for Mason Cash for centuries, with a high-gloss glaze providing a chip resistant finish.

Mason Cash has been the choice of home cooks and bakers for centuries. The origins of Mason Cash can be traced back to a pottery operating at Church Gresley in the heart of the English ceramic industry in 1800. Church Gresley was located close to all the raw material and fuel sources required to make ceramics and had fantastic transport links to take finished goods all over the UK and the world.
