The nostalgic plaid combines bright tones with warm hues to create a playful, unexpected colour palette. Made with cotton in a relaxed waffle weave with a fringe detail.
Designed in New Zealand by our in-house textile designers Imogen Tunnicliffe and Sophie Clapson.

Città was founded by Margot Acland in 1989. After an inspired trip to Italy in her early 30s, Margot decided to move away from her corporate career and start a business importing Italian hand-painted ceramics. “Città” (pronounced “che-tah”) translates to “city” in Italian and is a nod to Margot’s early travels. Over the past 34 years, Città has evolved to become a business firmly focused on original design. Città is proud to be family owned and operated. They create furniture, lighting, textiles, and accessories to shape living spaces.
