We offer complimentary gift wrapping, if you are ordering online add a note to your order on the cart page, or email with your instructions. We are glad to help.

For change of mind on your in-store purchase we offer an exchanges or store credit note within 14 days of your original purchase. The goods must be accompanied by a receipt for proof of purchase, and the goods must be in a new, unused, unmarked and a saleable condition.  Our store credit notes are valid for 5 years from the date of your exchange.

In accordance with the ACCC guidelines The Panton Store is NOT required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind on a purchase. 


Please write to us within 7 days from the day you received the goods to advise us you'd like to do an exchange.   Goods will need to arrive back to us within 14 days of their delivery date. You are required to pay for all postage and handling expenses related to your exchange.   Return parcels must have tracking.

Please note, there is strictly no exchange or return on sale goods, plants, food, underwear, jewellery, or custom orders.


We do not offer refunds for change of mind, or if an item has become damaged due to misuse. We also do not offer cancellations for online orders after you have placed your order.

Should you decide you no longer require the items you have ordered we will gladly issue you a store credit to use in store or online, which is valid for 3 years.


If your online order arrived to you damaged please contact us immediately and send clear images of the damaged goods and the packaging to  Once we have accessed the images we will be in touch to make arrangements accordingly.

Please note, there is no return or exchange on pendant lighting or personal body/wearable products.


If you believe an item you have purchased from our store is faulty please bring the goods to our store with your original receipt for us to make an assessment of your purchase. 

If you purchased online are cannot travel to our store please email clear images of and information about the product in question to: shop@shelleypanton,com. Once the store manager and our supplier has had an opportunity to assess the product we will be in touch within 14 days to advise you of the outcome. 


We do not offer trade accounts are we are a retail business and on-seller of goods verses being a wholesaler. That said if you are after large volumes of a particular item we are always happy to look at your request case by case.
