STORE PICK UP - CLICK & COLLECT:
We aim to pick and pack Click & Collect orders within 1-2 hours on our trading days and you'll be sent a notification when it's ready for you to collect from our store (check your junk mail box!).
Please review our trading hours before you come to collect your order, and note our store has moved to 31 Stanley Street, Toora.
During peak trading times please allow an extra 1-2 hours if you would like your order gift wrapped.
ORDERS FOR DELIVERY:
You can choose Standard or Express shipping.We use Australia Post for most orders.
We use Interparcel for large interstate orders.
Our Art Prints are transported with Cope Sensitive Freight.
STANDARD DELIVERY:
Melbourne Metro: please allow 1-4 business days.
Non-Melbourne Metro orders (all other areas outside of Melbourne): please allow 2-10 business days.
EXPRESS DELIVERIES:
Order received after 12.30pm (Tuesday - Friday) will be dispatched the following business day.
Non-Melbourne Metro orders (all other areas outside of Melbourne): please allow 2-5 business days.
Please note we don't dispatch online orders on weekends.
Orders received after 12.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday, as per our Trading Hours.
From time to time couriers can let us all down, we do our very best to pick and pack orders as soon as they come in. If there is an unforeseen delay with your order the tracking number we send you will show you the status of your order.
Note: We measure our parcels by cubic weight and volume when packed.
Metropolitan Melbourne Shipping:
Melbourne Metro Postcodes Include: 3000-3210 and 8000-8899.
Our Metro Postcodes are determined by what Australia Post deems as a metro delivery zone, not by what council deems metro.
BULKY ORDERS:
Orders over 100 cubic kilos are quoted case by case.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We are not currently shipping overseas, we only ship to addresses within Australia.
GIFT WRAPPING:
We offer complimentary gift wrapping, if you are ordering online add a note to your order on the cart page, or email shop@shelleypanton.com with your instructions. We are glad to help.
