PRODUCT SUBMISSIONS:

Please note, we only look at wholesale submissions in February and August. 

Before you email us a product submission please ensure you have done your homework on your offering and product costings and that you can offer the correct industry margins for wholesale > retail.

Retailers have high overheads to operate a public facing business, so your goods must have a 50% margin. We also have an obligation to provide safe and tested products. We only look at goods that are practical, functional, and useful, and wares that are made well.

Your product must be correctly labeled (ie body care including ingredients, fabric based products including care instructions) as per the Australian consumer safety standards. And goods must be suitably packaged for commercial sale ie. no homemade labels that are missing key product information.

Please note, we do not take product on consignment.

We ask that makers and reps do not turn up to our store unannounced to discuss your product range (especially in November, December and January!).  We get inundated every week with product submissions, so we strictly only accept product submissions via email only for us to review in due course.

Due to the high volume of product submissions that we receive, we may not get a chance to personally reply to every submission.
