Expertly handcrafted, this stool pairs natural bone pieces with brown resin detailing to create a stunning geometric design. The minimal, monochromatic stool can also be used as a table or a bold statement piece. 

About Bone Inlay:

Especially skilled craftsmen practice the art of bone inlay which has been passed down through generations in India.  It involves gathering discarded bones from animals, often camels then hand carving and filing each individual piece before embedding the pieces of bone into the surface of the item. Once all of the bones are laid a hot resin is pored over the entire piece, then the process of sanding begins to reach the level of bone, thus revealing the inlay pattern.  These pieces are truly something special and standalone pieces of art!

Please note:  Ethical practices are followed when gathering remains of animals that have died naturally. No animals are killed during this process.

This piece has been lovingly hand-made, making each item wonderfully unique. There may be slight variations or imperfections in size and colour from one item to the next and each may differ from the photographed sample. 

Care Instructions: Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth.
