The Opinel Filleting Knife has a thin, accurate and highly flexible blade, ideal for incising, removing fillets, removing fish scales and fat. This knife can also slice cooked fish and meat very thinly.
The 18cm long blade is made of corosion-resistant stainless steel, excellent for thin accurate carving.
