A beautiful oject d'art, a paperweight, or use one as a doorstop.
If you do use a pear as a door stop we reccomend you add felt to the base and be sure to handle the marble with care.
Note that marble is a natural material that is both porous and brittle. Variance in shape or colour as well as imperfection or small repairs doesn't make them faulty but simply add to their "uniqueness". These are not machine made they are handmade but artisans.
