Our Bread Knife is made from Stainless Steel by the Spanish company Pallarès, founded in 1917 in Solsona.

Today Pallares is testimony to Solsona's renowned knife-making industry that dates back to the sixteenth century. At the beginning of this century, the third generation took over the running of the company. Throughout its history, Cuchillería Pallarès has chosen and still chooses the materials to be used by always seeking out the highest quality, and its main aim has been and still is the quality of the cutting edge, which is why all blades are sharpened by hand.

CARE:
- do not soak in water and never place in the dishwasher.
- to clean the knife, wipe the blade with a damp cloth and dry immediately.
- to reduce the frequency of re-sharpening, wooden chopping boards are recommended.
